Group and Individual Shooting, Dribbling and Passing Clinics.

Three ways to work together. All of them in person, all of them built around the player in front of me.

I

Individual Sessions

One athlete, one hour, one gap attacked.

We open by watching — your handle when you are tired, your feet on a live ball, your shoulders on a contested shot. Then the hour gets built around the thing that is actually costing you minutes, which is usually not the thing you came in complaining about. Intense, detailed, and customed to your abilities.

  • Movement read and baseline numbers on session one
  • Shooting, dribbling or passing emphasis set by the gap, not by preference
  • Game-speed reps from real spots against real pressure
  • Re-tested at the end of each block so the gain is visible
II

Group Clinics

The same work, with somebody in your face.

A group is not a discount version of individual work — it is a different tool. It gives you live defenders, competition, and the pressure of being watched, and none of that can be manufactured alone. Numbers stay capped so I am still calling names and changing constraints mid-drill.

  • Live-ball shooting under defensive pressure
  • Dribbling series in tight, contested space
  • Passing and read work at competitive pace
  • Individual correction inside the group, every session
III

Season-Aware Programming

Build in the off-season. Sharpen in-season.

Your training year has two jobs and they are not the same job. Off-season we load, build force and rate, and get skill practiced tired. In-season we cut volume, keep intensity, protect your legs and arrive on game day sharp. Nobody wins by emptying the tank on a Thursday.

  • Off-season build blocks with start and end testing
  • In-season maintenance at two short sessions a week
  • Skill work kept daily and small during competition
  • Mid-season re-test so we can see whether you are holding

Before You Book

The consult is free, and it is honest.

We talk through your calendar, your season and your gaps. If I am not the right coach for what you need, I will say so.
